About TABLEROCK

A local cleaning company with nothing to hide.

TABLEROCK Cleaning LLC is a Treasure Valley cleaning company built around a real room-by-room checklist, strict supply hygiene, trained team leads, and one system that prices, schedules, and proves every job. We serve homes, recurring clients, turnovers, property managers, and small commercial sites.

The people behind TABLEROCK

Two cousins. One standard with our names on it.

Montgomery Kuykendall and Christian Rimkus. We’re cousins, we live in the valley, and we own TABLEROCK together.

We’re new, so we can’t point you at twenty years of history. We can point you at the two of us. The standard is ours, and if a clean goes wrong, it’s one of us you’re talking to.

Montgomery built the side of TABLEROCK you deal with before anyone arrives. Christian is on the side that shows up. That split only works because we’re family, and neither of us gets to hand the other a problem and walk off.

Montgomery Kuykendall, co-owner of TABLEROCK Cleaning

Montgomery Kuykendall

Co-Owner

Montgomery built the estimate that gives you a real number, the agreement that puts scope and price in writing, the portal you sign in to, and the record that lands after the clean. He wanted all of it written down before the first job rather than after the first argument. Any cleaning company drifts when it gets busy, ours included. Written down, your fiftieth clean is the same as your first, and none of it rests on somebody remembering.

Christian Rimkus, co-owner of TABLEROCK Cleaning

Christian Rimkus

Co-Owner

Christian is on the jobs. He cleans, he runs the day, and he’s the one who finds out whether a checklist written at a kitchen table survives an actual kitchen. When something on it is wrong, he changes it, because he owns half the company that wrote it. If you meet anyone from TABLEROCK in your house right now, there’s a good chance it’s him. Around here the rules get their last edit from the person holding the bucket.

The name

Named for the rock everybody here can see.

We took the name from the flat-topped sandstone mesa in the foothills east of downtown, the same stone the State Capitol was cut from. It is the landmark the whole valley knows by sight, and it is how we want the work to hold up: solid, local, and impossible to fake. Every job gets a written scope. Every supply is accounted for. Every price is on paper before we show up.

Both of us live here. The two people accountable for your clean are the two people above.

Local identity

Why a local Boise-area cleaner needs a different system.

National chains compete on logos and call centers. We’d rather compete on the work: one checklist on every job, supplies that never cross between homes, and a portal where you can see what actually happened.

Local, not franchised

TABLEROCK Cleaning LLC is locally owned and operated. We don’t license a national brand; we build the operating system ourselves so we can keep the standard high.

One system, start to finish

Your price, your schedule, the scope you signed, and the record from every visit all live in one place. That’s how the standard stays the same as we grow.

The TABLEROCK Clean Standard

A cleaning standard you can read before we arrive.

Every home is held to one checklist and one supply-hygiene standard, with a record filed afterward, whether it’s your first clean or your fiftieth.

Brand-new scrub pads each home

Pads are not shared between homes. Cross-property contamination doesn’t happen on a TABLEROCK clean.

Disinfected brushes & totes

Tools go through a disinfection cycle between cleans. Totes are emptied, wiped, and sanitized before the next job.

Color-coded rag system

Toilet, kitchen, floor, and surface rags are separated by color. Toilet rags never touch a kitchen counter.

Room-by-room checklist

Cleaners follow the same checklist on every job. Scope is consistent, not improvised.

Signed scope before work

You sign the scope before the crew arrives. The signed agreement locks in pricing, recurring policy, and add-ons.

Completion notes & photo proof

Completion records preserve the checklist, exception notes, and incident evidence. Deep and turnover / move-out cleans also require before-and-after photos; other service photos follow the signed scope.

Team & training pipeline

We train team leads in-house.

TABLEROCK runs a training pipeline so new cleaners learn the checklist, the supply hygiene rules, and the Do-Not-Do conventions before they’re working solo. Senior team leads supervise larger or higher-risk jobs.

  • New hires train alongside experienced cleaners
  • Standard cleaners advance after a structured probation
  • Senior team leads supervise larger or more sensitive jobs
  • Team leads can flag quality notes and recommend property-level changes

Work with us: see open jobs

Why this matters to you

A trained team means the person cleaning your home knows the same rules as the person who cleaned it last time. No mystery cleaners, no improvised scope, no “we’ll figure it out at the door.”

Supply hygiene rules

  • Brand-new scrub pads per home
  • Color-coded rags (toilet and bathroom / kitchen / floor / glass and detail / dusting)
  • Brushes disinfected after every use
  • Totes emptied, wiped, sanitized between homes
  • Natural-products homes flagged at property level
  • Product list editable from admin
Supply hygiene

The rules cleaners follow because the company runs on them.

Supply hygiene is the procedure our crews follow on every job, not a line we put on a marketing page. Cross-property contamination is the most common way cleaning companies carry grime from one home into the next. Fresh pads and color-coded rags mean ours never do.

Why we write it down

Written-down work survives the messy week.

Cleaning companies fall apart in the weeks when someone is sick, a new hire is shadowing, and a property manager calls with three turnovers. Written checklists, saved Do-Not-Do lists, and completion records are what keep the standard intact through those weeks.

For homeowners

Same checklist every visit. Your Do-Not-Do list saved. Portal history you can look back at.

For property managers

Per-property service history. Completion reports for deposit decisions. Invoices by property.

For our cleaners

Clear scope on the job card. No surprise upcharges that cleaners weren’t paid for. The crew’s share of every rush fee is split equally among the paid crew who finish the job, trainees included, and paid out once the job is finished.

Coverage & growth

Treasure Valley first. Extended towns with discipline.

We don’t promise active service in towns we can’t actually serve on margin. Extended-area towns get a clear travel fee. Remote / quote-only towns get a personal look before we quote. See service areas for full tier definitions.

A note on what we don’t claim

We don’t claim what we can’t prove. When you sign a contract, the contract reflects exactly what’s true, not marketing copy.
