Landlords & property managers
Multi-property accounts can request turnovers per unit, save an encrypted access plan the assigned crew sees only around the job, and get the completion report on that property’s record. See property manager workflow.
Apartment turns, move-out cleans, rental resets. Appliance pull-out options, before/after photos, and a completion report stored to your portal, so the next tenant arrives to a documented baseline.
Turnovers start at $385 per unit; a three-bed, two-bath is typically around $460 with a two-person crew. Priced per property in the estimate, with add-ons itemized.
Turnover is a different category of work. The next tenant, the next deposit decision, and the next booking depend on a clean baseline you can verify.
