Biweekly
Every two weeks. The right balance of consistency and cost for most Treasure Valley homes.
- Stable team, saved preferences
- Standard recurring checklist
- Recurring discount with contract
- Portal pause/reschedule (48-hour rule)
A stable team, the same checklist every visit, your preferences saved per property, and a portal that lets you pause or reschedule yourself when notice is at least 48 hours out.
Recurring visits start at $152 for a small home (the 5% recurring discount already taken off) and price below the one-time rate, because a home on a schedule takes less time to clean. A three-bed, two-bath on a biweekly plan is typically around $223 a visit. The estimate prices your exact home before you commit.
Recurring cleaning is the right fit when you want the same checklist applied to the same rooms by the same team, with your “Do Not Do” instructions saved and respected.
All recurring plans include the same baseline checklist; cadence and discount vary.

Best for busy families, pets, or homes that want the kitchen and bathrooms in pristine condition every week.
For maintained homes that need a documented monthly reset. Add-ons like oven/fridge interior recommended quarterly.
Every three weeks, every five weeks, or other custom cadence the standard plans don’t cover. We’ll review it personally.
Same rooms, same scope, every visit. Extra rooms or rotating-detail items can be added per visit.
Recurring customers commonly add laundry, oven interior, fridge interior, and pet cleanup. Each is priced up front in the estimate. See the full add-on list.
The portal lets you handle most schedule changes without calling the office. Inside 48 hours, contact us directly so we can coordinate the crew.
Cleaners build their week around the assigned schedule. The 48-hour rule lets us reassign the slot without leaving a crew without a job, which is how a recurring vendor stays affordable.
Recurring service generates an actual record. The next clean knows what happened on the last clean.
Each visit’s checklist is saved to the property record. Skipped items (per your Do-Not-Do list) are flagged so they aren’t mistaken for incomplete work.
Customer “Do Not Do” instructions live on the property, separate from company exclusions, and persist between cleans so a new crew member sees the same rules.
Past visits, upcoming visits, recurring plan settings, and payment history all live in the customer portal.
Yes. You can switch between weekly, biweekly, monthly, or custom from the portal. The discount adjusts to the new cadence per your contract terms.
Laundry is a per-load add-on ($25). Dishes are not part of the standard recurring scope and would be added by request only.
We assign a stable team. Sick days, training, or a scheduling crunch can mean a substitute, but they follow your saved property notes and Do-Not-Do list.
Tell us in the portal within three days of the visit. Every clean has a checklist log and, where we took them, photos, so we review against the record and fix what’s in scope.
The estimate form asks the same questions our scheduler would ask on the phone. You’ll see a price range, the cadence options, and whether your request needs a personal look.
