Common questions answered.
If you don’t see your question here, the estimate form usually surfaces it, or contact us and we’ll add it.
Pricing & estimates
How do you price?
By scope and add-ons, not a raw hourly rate. You see a price range and the reasons behind the number.
Is the estimate the final price?
The estimate is a price range. When you sign the agreement, that price becomes your contract price. Anything we change later applies only to future jobs, never your signed one.
What triggers a personal review?
Severe condition, large or unusual properties, remote service areas, short-deadline + remote combinations, first-time commercial requests, and other unusual situations we won’t quote blind.
Do you charge by the hour?
Internally, labor hours inform pricing. Public pricing is scope-, package-, add-on-, and crew-based, not raw hourly.
Recurring service
Can I pause my recurring cleaning?
Yes. Self-service pause is available more than 48 hours before the appointment from your customer portal. Inside 48 hours, call or text us.
Can I switch cadences?
Yes. You can switch between weekly, biweekly, monthly, or custom from the portal. The discount adjusts per your contract.
What’s the customer Do-Not-Do list?
Property-specific instructions: skip this room, do not use this product, do not change bedding. It’s separate from company exclusions, lives on your property record, and persists between cleans.
Service areas
Do you work in remote towns?
We serve the Treasure Valley by default. Remote areas may require a travel fee and a minimum job size, and some are quote-only. See service areas for tier details.
Why is there a travel fee?
The travel fee only covers the extra drive time to farther towns. Active-area customers never see one.
Turnover & property managers
Do you handle move-outs?
Yes. Turnover and move-out cleans include appliance pull-out options and a completion report property managers can rely on. See turnover.
Do you support multi-property accounts?
Yes. Property manager accounts hold many properties: each unit is its own property record with its own service history, billing, and saved access plan. Your staff get their own logins with their own roles. See property managers.
How does rush / priority work?
You see the rush surcharge when you get your estimate, and it’s written into the signed scope, so it’s never a surprise after the clean. The crew’s share of that surcharge is split equally among the paid crew who finish the job, trainees included, and nothing is paid out until the job is finished.
Commercial
Do you do commercial cleans?
Yes, offices and small commercial sites. First-time commercial cleans require a walkthrough before quote. See commercial.
Industries you don’t serve?
Medical-grade facilities, food production, and industrial sites are out of scope unless explicitly agreed in contract.
Portal & billing
What’s the portal for?
Manage properties, view upcoming cleans, pause/reschedule recurring service, update Do-Not-Do lists, see contracts and invoices, download completion records.
How do I sign in?
Use the customer sign-in page with your password, or request a magic link by email if you prefer. Staff and admins have their own sign-in pages.
