Services

Pick the service. We handle the rest.

Every TABLEROCK service has a defined scope, supported add-ons, and a transparent estimate path. Below: who each one is for, what’s included by default, what’s an add-on, and how booking works.

One-time standard cleans start at $175 for a one- or two-bedroom home; a three-bed, two-bath is typically around $355. Recurring visits price lower, because a maintained home takes less time: a biweekly plan on that same home is typically around $223, discount included. Every job gets an exact line-item estimate before you sign.

Help

Still not sure?

The estimate form asks the same questions our team would ask on the phone. Start there and we’ll point you to the right service.

What’s included by default

Every TABLEROCK clean, residential and turnover, includes this baseline.

Specifics vary by service type, but the room-level checklist always covers these.

  • Kitchen counters, sink, stovetop, hood, microwave exterior
  • Cabinet fronts and visible appliance exteriors
  • Bathrooms: toilet, tub/shower, sink, mirror, floor
  • Bedrooms: dust, vacuum, surface clean, trash
  • Common areas: dust, vacuum, surface clean, trash
  • Floors: vacuum + mop hard surfaces
  • Visible windows / interior glass touch-up
  • Color-coded rags and fresh scrub pads per home
Add-ons

Paid add-ons priced up front.

Every add-on takes longer, costs more in supplies, or carries higher risk, and shows in the estimate as its own line item.

Natural product cleaning

From $15

Plant-based products take longer and require careful separation between rooms.

Laundry service

$25 / load

Wash, dry, fold per load.

Dog poop / litterbox

$15

Yard pickup or litterbox cleanup before standard service starts.

Oven interior

Priced per estimate

Interior detail with degreaser.

Oven pullout

Priced per estimate · higher

Pulling the oven to clean the floor and walls behind. Higher risk, higher price.

Fridge interior

Priced per estimate

Shelf-by-shelf interior detail.

Fridge pullout

Priced per estimate · higher

Pulling the fridge to clean coils, floor, and wall behind.

Rush / priority

Per-job surcharge

For short-notice or deadline-driven work. Surcharge is shared with the assigned crew.

Multi-cleaner team

Per-job

Adds one cleaner beyond the crew already included with your service. Deep cleans and turnovers include two cleaners, so this option adds a third. Your estimate shows the exact crew size.

How pricing works

Scope-based pricing, shown before you sign.

We look at your property and what you’re asking for, return a price range, and show you what drove the number: service type, scope, add-ons, area, and any surcharges.

  • Service type, bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, condition
  • Selected add-ons
  • Service area & travel fee tier
  • Rush/priority surcharge if applicable
  • Recurring discount when paired with contract
  • Personal review for unusual situations (severe condition, remote area, large commercial)

What you’ll see

  • A real price range, not “rough idea”
  • Cleaner-hours estimate and required crew size
  • Reasons when something needs a personal look
  • The agreed price, locked to your contract
How booking works

Estimate, sign, pay, get on the calendar.

Estimate

The form collects your property details and returns a price range, or flags anything that needs a personal look.

Contract

Your service agreement locks in the price, scope, and schedule.

Payment hold

Your booking is confirmed once payment is authorized. No double-bookings.

Confirmed

SMS reminders, calendar entry, and crew assignment. Day-of: cleaners check in, follow the checklist, log the work.

Proof & documentation

On paper before we start.

Signed scope before work

The signed agreement locks in your scope, pricing, and add-ons. The version you sign is the version that stands, whatever we change later applies only to future jobs.

Checklist record per job

Cleaners check off the room-by-room checklist on site. The completed checklist is the source of truth for what was delivered.

Photo proof where applicable

Turnover and deep cleans include before/after photos saved to your portal. Photo storage is private by default.

Policy notes

Things worth knowing before you book.

“Do Not Do” list is yours

Customer “Do Not Do” instructions (skip this room, do not use this product, do not change bedding) live on your property and are separate from company exclusions.

Exterior windows in winter

We do not perform exterior windows in winter. This is a policy exclusion captured on every contract.

Recurring 48-hour rule

Recurring cleans can be paused or rescheduled in the portal with at least 48 hours notice. Inside 48 hours, contact the office directly.

Commercial first cleans

Commercial cleans are scheduled after a walkthrough so the scope and access plan are documented before the first visit.
