Standard & recurring
A checklist log every visit (completed, skipped per your Do-Not-Do list, and anything flagged) saved to the property so the next visit picks up where the last one left off.
We’re new, so we don’t have a wall of stock before/after shots. We have something better: the actual record every job files to your portal. Here’s one.
This is the record a deep clean files to your customer portal: the checklist we worked, what your Do-Not-Do list told us to skip, geofenced arrival and departure, the photos we filed, and the signed scope that authorized every line of it. Nothing here is marketing. It’s the same record our own crew is graded against.
Checklist: 50+ point scope resolved, including 2 customer-requested skips
Whatever you book, it files a record built for that kind of work.
A checklist log every visit (completed, skipped per your Do-Not-Do list, and anything flagged) saved to the property so the next visit picks up where the last one left off.
The detailed deep-clean checklist plus photos where the scope calls for them, filed next to the timestamps and the signed agreement.
A PDF completion report with the checklist log, before/after photos, and any incident notes: the document a property manager can hand to an owner or attach to a deposit decision.
A site-specific checklist built at walkthrough, worked on every visit, with recorded arrival status so your billing contact can see what the job record actually confirms.
If a crew can’t get in or finds a blocking problem, it’s logged with a timestamp and surfaced in the portal by the next morning. Never a silent no-show.
Every record links back to the scope you signed, frozen at signature. The record is self-contained: what was agreed, what was done, and the proof in one place.
Brand-new scrub pads per home, brushes and totes disinfected between jobs, and a color-coded rag system so a cloth never crosses rooms. Or houses.
Saved to private storage and shared only with the service team and assigned cleaners.
Photos captured by cleaners on site are saved to the property record under private storage. They’re accessible from the customer portal.
There is no public gallery of customer homes, and a photo of your home is never published anywhere public unless we ask you first and you say yes in writing. Say no, or change your mind later, and that is the end of it. The photos stay in your job record where only you, the office, and your assigned crew can see them.
Get an estimate, sign the scope, and start a real service record from day one.
